When you place an order we will collect registration information such as your name, billing address, shipping address, payment method, email, and phone number.

All orders placed on the Site are processed through PayPal. The Site will not save your payment information, however PayPal may.

II. Newsletter Subscription

When you fill out the Site’s newsletter subscription we will store your email and name within our Site and on Mailchimp.

Emails we may send to you include newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information that may be of interest.

We do not share your email or personal information to any irrelevant third parties or individuals.

You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these emails from us by following the unsubscribe link on any email you receive, or by emailing keishagaye1@gmail.com.

III. Opt Out

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If, for any reason, you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam filter as it may have gone into your spam folder.

Once we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.

We will ship your order out 2-4 business days after your order was placed.

All orders include Media Rate Shipping via USPS Media Rate. USPS estimates Media Rate package arrivals between 2-10 days after shipping.

Estimated time of arrival by region:

• Tri-state area: Usually 3 days

• Chicago & Mid-west: Usually 5 days

• Florida and Southern States: Usually 5 days

• West Coast: Usually 7 days

The specific time of delivery on the day of arrival will vary depending on your local carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand that there are times you may need to cancel an order. Please notify us immediately via email about the cancellation.

Orders may not be cancelled after they are shipped.
